Terms & conditions

When accessing our website or making purchases, you must adhere to our terms and conditions:

  1. You agree to use the website only for personal, commercial, or educational purposes, and to keep confidential any information, such as shipping location, billing address, and security policy. Additionally, you must not share your account details with anyone else.
  2. You acknowledge that some of the products advertised on this website may have harmful effects on your health, leading to unwanted side effects.
  3. To use our website, you must be either at least 18 years old (for European customers) or 21 years old (for US customers).
  4. You confirm that your use of this website is not intended to harm anyone and that it is solely for commercial purposes.
  5. You agree to communicate with our website’s operators respectfully and appropriately, taking into consideration cultural differences.
  6. You certify that you have no affiliation with any law enforcement organization, and that you are not collaborating with them in any capacity.

1. REGULATION

  1. We will comply with European law when handling all personal information collected on pumpgear.net. We will never disclose client data to foreign authorities, even if requested.
  2. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether conducting pharmaceutical drug transactions over the internet is prohibited in your jurisdiction.

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE

We subject all products to thorough testing before purchasing them. The manufacturer guarantees their authenticity and quality, and we ensure their safety.

  1. If you encounter any issues with product quality, please notify the site administrator immediately via a support ticket. Provide a detailed explanation of the problem, and if necessary, attach supporting images.
  2. If you have an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in a product you purchased from us and have already used it, please seek medical advice. These cases are beyond our expertise.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

Before placing your order, please review the instructions carefully. Once you submit your order, it will be inactive until payment is complete.

We will begin processing your order within 24 hours of receiving payment.

CANCELING AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so at any time, as long as it has not yet been submitted to us. If payment has been made, or we have already activated the order, please request cancellation by submitting a support ticket via our contact page.

ORDERING INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you accidentally order items that you do not need and do not inform us before the shipment release date, we cannot reship the correct products to you. As placing an order does not reserve products in stock, if the time between placing the order and payment is longer than one week, please confirm the availability of the ordered products by submitting a support ticket via our contact page.

Placing an order locks in the price. If you leave the order unpaid in the system and the current live price changes before payment, you will still be required to pay the original amount quoted in your order.

BULK DISCOUNTS

If you wish to order multiple products that do not meet the minimum quantity for a bulk discount, please place an order and contact us to discuss a lower price within our marketing policy’s parameters.

ORDER STATUS

You can view the status, content, and other details of your order at any time through your order history, available in the “My Account” section of our site.

ORDER CODES AND TRACKING NUMBERS

Please note that your order number and mail tracking code serve different purposes and should not be confused.

4. CONCERNING SHIPMENT

SHIPPING METHODS

We send packages via regular airmail from Europe, which is then transported overland to your address. We offer international shipping only and do not provide domestic shipping.

EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE

Orders will be shipped within 1-5 days of payment transfer to our account. Once your package is shipped, we will email you the estimated arrival date, and it will also be available in your order history accessible from the “My Account” section of the website. On average, delivery takes 7-20 days. However, please note that the predicted arrival dates are provided by the mail provider and may vary by 3-5 days. We have no control over the speed of shipment, as the mail service is beyond our control, and delays may occur.

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Your billing and shipping addresses can be different. Your mailing address must be valid and accessible for a minimum of 40 days. If you want to send an order to multiple addresses, you must create separate orders and provide the required addresses. However, you will only need to pay for shipping once.

SHIPPING DELAYS

If a parcel is more than 15 days late, please notify us. However, minor delays are considered normal due to the instability of the mail service. Technical issues may also result in shipment delays, but please be assured that we will address these issues. If an order is held up in our warehouse for more than 7 days, please submit a support ticket and request compensation. We may offer to credit your account against future purchases in such cases.

RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE

As products are stored in various warehouses around the world, we may split orders into multiple shipments, resulting in varying shipping dates for each package. You may receive multiple separate packages for your order. After receiving each package, please log in to the website, access your order history, and enter the number of items received next to each product in that package. Then click “accept” to alert us that the package has been received.

5. OUR RESHIPPING POLICY

MISSING PRODUCTS

If you receive fewer products than ordered, please contact our customer service representative, who will assess the situation and provide compensation accordingly.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the wrong product is delivered, we will compensate you by reshipping the correct product.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product is damaged during shipment and cannot be used, please report it via a support ticket and include a photograph of the damaged product, labels, and packaging. Our support team will evaluate the situation and assist with compensation.

MISSING PACKAGES

We do not reship packages that go missing due to an incorrect address provided by you. If you change your address before the scheduled delivery date and it has been more than 30 days past the expected delivery date, arrange for someone to receive the package at your previous address. We will reimburse only 50% of the package’s value in such cases. If the package is still missing 30 days after the scheduled delivery date, report it as missing, providing us with the package and order ID, as well as a new address for reshipment.

LOST PACKAGES

If a package is overdue by more than 30 days, it is considered lost. Please report any delay to us within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date. Shorter delays are considered normal due to irregularities in the mail service.

PACKAGES SEIZED IN TRANSIT

If your package is seized and you receive a letter of seizure, submit a support ticket via our contact page and attach a scan or photo of the letter. After the letter is reviewed, we will require a new address for reshipment to avoid further issues. If you refuse to provide a new address, we will still reship, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery, and we will not reship for free a second time.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If the items to be reshipped are out of stock, you have two options: wait for restocking or accept a replacement product or brand at the same cost as the original items.

6. RETURNING PRODUCTS

  1. To clarify, please note that the sender address on the package we sent to you is falsified. This means that we will not receive the package if it is returned to the sender.
  2. If you need to return any products for any reason, please submit a support ticket and discuss the situation with our customer service representative. They will assist you with the return process and provide you with further instructions.
